About this house rental

This comfortable 2 bedroom,1 1/2 bath lake front home offers a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains, private dock, and hot tub. Sleeps 6-7 people comfortably. You can fish, swim, or bring your boat. Full kitchen, so bring your food or maybe go out to dinner at one of the near by restaurants . Located only a couple miles from public lands where you can use your ATV, snowmobile, go hunting, biking or hiking.
There are two towns within 10 miles which offer great ammenities such as; grocery stores, restaurants (Sports bar, Mexican, gourmet pizza, fast food), gas stations, espresso stands, hardware stores, bars, 18 hole golf course and a casino among many others. Only approx. 18 miles from 49 degrees north ski resort.

The property and lake setting induce you into a relaxed state of mind. The accommodations were clean and charming. We drove around the lake to see all the views and spent time Chewelah as well. Lovely time at the lake.

This is our third time staying at this home. Everything about it is perfect. My husband and I have stressful jobs so we dedicate our anniversary as our vacation time. This home is perfect for relaxing. The water is right there and the night sky. The hot tub is always clean and welcoming. I could not say enough about this place. It's absolutely wonderful.

The private dock allowed us to rent a Pontoon boat from Brook at Winona Beach Resort to roam the lake and catch rainbow trout and brown trout. The yard was great for the kids to pitch a tent so we could enjoy the house and the hot tub. The lake is amazing, every day we watched huge majestic eagles flying and roaring as they would dive into the lake to catch fish - WOW. The kids were amazed at the wildlife and the beauty of the lake.

My fiancé and I stayed at Renae’s home on Waiits Lake to celebrate his birthday. This is my second stay. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The weather was perfect and the fish were jumping. Renae is very responsive to questions and actually stopped by to help with the TV. The casino in Chewelah is a short drive and a fun place to visit. We enjoyed a fire by the water, sitting on the dock. a soak in the hot tub and a walk around the lake. I highly recommend staying at Renae’s.

The property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. This home is beautiful. Great lake view and it was furnished with everything we needed for our stay. This is our second annual stay at this property and it is such a treat. We love the lake and the property is so nice. The hot tub is wonderful, the dock is great to fish from or launch our paddle boards, and the house fits our family of 4 perfectly.

We loved this place so much last summer we had to come back and hope to make this a yearly occurrence! It’s great to swim off the dock and then hop in the hot tub once you get cold. Grown ups enjoyed the two bed rooms and the kids thought sleeping on the sofa beds was super cool. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks again!

The house was absolutely perfect sitting on the lake kitchen was absolutely stocked. They have a fire pit and a hot tub that met our needs. Communication was great and we couldn’t ask for a more perfect rental.

This home was the perfect place for us to relax and put our kayaks on the lake. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything you need for cooking your meals. The ducks came to visit each day as well as the turtles and quail. Fishing would be an excellent activity. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit in the evening. We did go to town for a few things. It's very close and convenient. This lake home is a great place to stay, play and relax.

This is the perfect place to unplug and get away to the lake! The inside was so nice and comfy with all of the necessities. We loved swimming off the dock until we got cold, then warmed up in the hot tub. We hope to come back and stay longer next time :)

Super nice and updated lake house on Waitts Lake. The home is right on the water with a very nice dock. Everything was pristine when we arrived and the kitchen was very nicely stocked with all of the essentials for cooking. The kids loved the hot tub!!
