Very clean home and pool. Sonya was wonderful and kept us well supplied with towels and everything. Excellent location. Restaurants near home excellent. Nicole gave us great list of outings that matched our family's interests. La Paz Waterfall, Monkey tour, All day Adventure, Tortuga island and surfing lessons were all fantastic. Instructors for surfing were awesome with kids and parents were worry free. Nicole's assistance in reservations was super. Overall communication was good. Because we were 1st time visitors to Costa Rica...it would've been helpful to know before we left USA that we needed cash to pay for transfers (company that Nicole uses) and Chef Liza. ATM'S in Jaco had small withdrawal limits and we had to make daily trips to town in order to have enough cash for end of week. Our group would've brought more cash had we known approximate cost of meals by Chef Liza. The meals were excellent and big hit with everyone. The menu selections gave no range for cost of food (groceries she bought) so we were unaware of amount of total cash needed. Realizing that prices vary with time, all I would expect or recommend is a range of cost per person for each menu option.

This property was amazing for our family get together. Our host, Nicole, really made the experience even better with her recommendations and assistance with booking activities for our family. Surfing lessons and the recommended chef really put this trip over the top. We had 13 people all together and the amazing meals prepared by the chef made our family gathering even more memorable. I highly recommend this property and we would definitely book it again.

Our stay here was the perfect way to wrap up our vacation in Costa Rica. All of the rooms were super clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the views were amazing. Highly recommend a private chef for your stay. We did lunch and dinner one day while we were there and it was perfect…and not expensive. We enjoyed the pool and beach every day and loved watching the surfers. Communication with the host was top notch and the location was perfect. If we return to Costa Rica, we will definitely be back to this property!

Carlos and Nicole are awesome Property Owners! I was communicating with Nicole for months prior to the trip. She arranged our transportation to and from the Airport, COVID testing at the property before our return flights to the USA, provided pack n plays for the infants, high-chairs, and the list goes on and on. Carlos was on-property when we arrived to give us a tour and show us around. He also arranged our National Park Tour and Waterfall Tours during the trip which were highlights to say the least. We brought 13 people with us on our trip ( 5 adults and 8 kids). The house is great and very secure. It was kept clean daily by Sonya and she will do your laundry if requested. We had Liza and Cary prepare most of our meals during the stay and they were great and the kids loved the food. We loved the outdoor living areas and were well protected from the sun when needed. Access to the beach is great, just be aware the ocean is not ideal for swimming and the black sand gets very hot! We were able to watch surfers in the water and the sunsets each evening were great! There are a plenty of restaurants within walking distance and also convenience stores if you need anything. Overall it was a great trip and we would recommend this house to families and groups looking for a great time!
