About this house rental

Cozy 2 bedroom house with attached garage that is perfect for tournament or weekend anglers, or someone just looking to get away and relax. Only minutes from Eufuala Cove Marina, boat ramp, swimming areas, Jelly Stone Park, or down town. The attached garage offers covered, lockable storage with power outlets for your boat when you are not on the water. Both tournament and weekend anglers can have peace of mind knowing that their boat and gear can be securely stowed at night or when they are visiting town. After a successful day on the water, you can relax in the living room or on the back porch. A kitchen complete with gas range, microwave, and fridge allows the ability to cook your own meals if you desire.

Two bedrooms with 2 full size beds, 3 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa allows you to comfortably sleep up to 9 people. Location can comfortably accommodate two tournament teams.

If you are in town for the 4th of July holiday, you can enjoy the annual fireworks display from the front yard.

I have stayed here many times and there are always more improvements and upgrades done on the property. It is very comfortable and has all of the essentials. Communication with the owner is very easy and straightforward.

The house is as advertised. Comfortable and with new welcome upgrades including a washer and dryer and fridge. The owner is easy to work with and very available when questions or needs arise. I was able to add a day to my stay without difficulty. I’ll be back this spring and summer

Outside temperature was 100 when we arrived but the house was cool inside and maintained a comfortable environment. Everything, appliances, etc. worked as expected. However, the shower has been upgraded and was difficult to get temperature right until we figured it out. It was a nice shower. Beds were comfortable and the overall condition of the house was as expected.

This property is a great place to stay when fishing a tournament in Eufaula. The house is really nice very clean and easy parking for bass boats. The rooms are spacious and a nice little sunroom to put all your equipment at night.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to stores, restaurants and the lake. Had everything we needed. The neighbor was very friendly and asked how our stay was and advised us where to go to get best view of the fireworks.

I have stayed here three times over the past year plus. While it is still very basic as far as accommodations go, the recent upgrades and rearrangements of the beds make it an improved stay. There is a new hvac in one of the bedrooms and possibly new windows.?!? I will be back again as it is very convenient to my mother’s home and meets my needs.

Much easier to learn a passcode than keep up with a key. Just as listed online. Great wifi, soft beds, and all wood floors. The air conditioning units worked perfectly and kept everything cold for us. The freezer is slightly dirty, and there is not much counter/storage space in the bathroom. Recommend bringing a hanging shower caddy. Amazing stove top. However, would rent this property again for a vacation.

The cooking utensils were more like camping utensils. The shower left me thinking if this shower door and shower head damaged this property I would be responsible. Not the right shower head or door for a vrbo for sure. Could not get ESPN which I will never understand for a fishing vrbo. Other than that it was exactly what we wanted. Hope this helps. Please at least add a good cast iron skillet and a bbq brush. And ESPN.

This cozy home had everything we needed to spend the weekend on the lake with our family. We were so close to the marina and all the amenities of downtown Eufaula. Communication with the host was easy, check-in was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
