It was very quiet there and no TV, which was a change and turned out to be very nice. Close to a lot of things we like to do, like- hiking, kayaking, blueberry picking, and eating out.
Only thing I could remotely comment on was the hiking around the place. I believe it stated there here hiking trials. We found one and started down it, only to run into a surveillance camera (Trail Cam) on the path. We assumed we shouldn't go any further. Still, plenty of hiking trails nearby.

Really enjoyed the Hostel B&B feel of the Brook Road Inn. Used the dining facilities and kitchen area for making tea and preparing meals. It felt like being at a good friend's house enjoying their hospitality. The sleeping quarters were clean and provided everything you needed for a good night's sleep.

Well kept farmhouse style inn. The grounds and home are beautiful.
The mattress on our bed in Chandler was way to soft. It sunk in so bad when we laid down. The lock on the door for Mallard locks when you walk out of your room. We were locked out for a few hours while trying to get ahold of guest services. Should change this lock so it is a deadbolt style like on the room for Chandler.
