About this house rental
Experience the very best of Banderas Bay from this gorgeous newly constructed luxury villa. Our home is located in the peaceful, private community of Punta del Burro overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches and best surf breaks in the area. Graced with stunning views of the Bay, the sparkling city lights of downtown Puerto Vallarta and the majestic Sierra Madre Mountains as a back drop you will experience breathtaking light and color from sunrise to sunset.
Our home was built and furnished using the finest woods and natural materials from the region and from throughout Mexico. We have taken great care to assure that the property is very well appointed in every way. State of the art appliances and systems include a commercial grade gourmet kitchen, 'Whole House' water filtration system, digital sound system, HDTV, wifi, and many other 'top of the line' touches for your comfort and convenience. The main living and dining area affords the truly delightful indoor/outdoor poolside lifestyle that is so characteristic of life in Mexico.
There are several other fantastic places through out the villa for enjoying time alone or entertaining family and friends including the grand rooftop palapa with partial outdoor kitchen, full bathroom and ocean view hot tub. An additional palapa just off of the kitchen provides yet another great gathering space.

Had alarge multigenerational family get together over Christmas break. Ivan and Pablo attended to our every request. The walk to the beach is only a minute down the road. And it’s a beautiful quiet beach with great waves and sunsets. Ivan organized a chef on three nights…all meals were excellent. The place is clean with many separate areas to socialize in small groups or relax alone. The housekeeper cleaned every day and did a great job. The only thing that was a little bit of a bummer was the presence of a hot tub on the top level that was out of order and from it, the sunsets would have been amazing. Neighborhood is quiet and safe with security roaming around and a guarded gate. All in all, it was a great family trip and the house was perfect for it.

There’s more common space than we expected, three separate very large rooms, each with its own view and seating for 10+ people.
Ivan, the house manager, helped make our entire stay seamless, including stocking the kitchen with our choice of groceries pre-arrival, getting us a rental car delivered (for less than 1/3 of the airport car rental companies), setting us up with a private boat for snorkeling, renting surf boards for us so they were waiting at the house, and arranging an incredible chef, Gina, for two dinners.
The pool area is epic, the open plan kitchen/living room opens onto the Infiniti pool with lounge chairs surrounded by swaying palms with the ocean beyond.
Would skip Visto Paradiso - a tourist trap activity company.

I can not say enough about the property the service the people the atmosphere the location the hosts! I will be back with the kids in November I am planning! Thank you Pablo, Ivan, Olever and Irene! Love you guys!

I was worried that the villa might be a little tired, since a lot of the reviews were several years old, but it is absolutely lovely. The house was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and had a wonderful holiday vibe. It has a lot of wide open indoor and outdoor spaces for dining, dancing and relaxing. The management staff is attentive and courteous.
