Leider waren die Nachbarn sehr laut, italienisch emotional eben. Muss man mögen. Es fehlte der Blick von der Terrasse in sowas schönes, mehr als unser Auto vor dem Häuschen war nicht ;-)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Alles sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Personen, sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Küche ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir die Geschirrspühlmaschine. Sowohl in der Wohnküche als auch im Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage, die wir aber im September nicht benötigt haben. Wir haben jeden Tag auf der schönen Terrasse gegessen. Mit dem Fahrrard sind es knapp 5 Minuten zum Strand. Herzlichen Dank an Fiorello und Luca für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir hoffen, wir können bald wieder kommen!

Really enjoyed our stay. Cottage was clean, on a quiet street, 2 town bikes to ride to dinner and the beach and private parking. Only negative was no air conditioning, but there was a fan. We would stay here again.

Siamo state veramente bene! Con le mie figlie adolescenti abbiamo trascorso due settimane a luglio in questa casa accogliente e ben organizzata: tutto nuovo, spazi sfruttati benissimo, comodo spazio esterno dove è possibile mangiare. I proprietari mettono a disposizione due bici con le quali in pochi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia e sono sempre disponibili. A rendere ancora più piacevole il soggiorno è la possibilità di visitare i dintorni: Forte dei Marmi, la splendida Pietrasanta e Viareggio - tutte a distanza di bici. Speriamo di tornare, anche nella mezza stagione deve essere meraviglioso!

Ottima esperienza, la casa é in ottime condizioni, pulita e con arredamento nuovo. Ben accessoriata e anche con la possibilità di parcheggiare l‘auto all‘interno del cortile. Una vacanza perfetta. La casa di piccole dimensioni (ideale per una donna che già segue normalmente la propria casa) ma dotata di ogni genere di confort ha reso la vacanza perfetta. Il valore aggiunto sono state poi le biciclette messe a disposizione dal padrone di casa, che ci ha reso possibile ogni spostamento all'insegna della comodità. La casa è davvero come viene rappresentata nelle immagini emi sento di rassicurare che le immagini rispecchiano perfettamento l'ottimo stato della casa. Consiglierei certamente la scelta.

Abbiamo appena trascorso, per il secondo anno consecutivo, una settimana in questa struttura e confermiamo il giudizio positivo: l'immobile è nuovo, pulito, in zona tranquilla e con comodo spazio esterno molto utile per chi, come noi, ha 2 bambini. il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e discreta. Sicuramente torneremo anche l'anno prossimo. Consigliatissimo!!!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 settimane ad agosto molto piacevoli. la casa è in un contesto residenziale, tranquillo e perfetta come appoggio mare per una famiglia con bambini. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, ci ha messo a disposizione anche le bici, molto comode per muoversi a marina di pietrasanta. La casa è nuova e moderna, piccola ma dotata di tutto, anche la veranda all'aperto è molto piacevole. La consiglio!

Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone con 2 bambini, ho trascorso una settimana a meta' giugno in questo villino e il nostro giudizio e' assolutamente positivo. Il villino e' nuovo, ben arredato, funzionale. E' totalmente indipendente, ma non isolato e con uno spazio esterno per mangiare e per giocare. La spiaggia si raggiunge facilmente a circa 1 km. Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone con 2 bambine, abbiamo appena trascorso una settimana in questa struttura e il nostro giudizio e' assolutamente positivo. Il villino e' nuovo, ben arredato, funzionale. E' totalmente indipendente, ma non isolato e con uno spazio esterno per mangiare e per giocare. La spiaggia si raggiunge facilmente in bicicletta. Il proprietario e' una persona molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato alcuni consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente.

La casetta ideale per le vacanze, nuovissima, ben arredata, ben pulita sia all''interno che all''esterno e con finiture strutturali di buon livello. Posizione in zona residenziale silenziosa e piacevole, ottima anche per la possibilità di stare all''esterno, giardinetto privato perfetto e ben curato.
