About this house rental
VRBO gave this property a spot on their first ever Top Ten Canadian Vacation homes list in 2022. This is truly a unique thoughtful home. Furnishings and original art create a home that is clearly loved. It has been described as a late 60's early 70's, Scandinavian ski home. There are two master bedrooms upstairs with king sized beds. A bunk room downstairs that sleeps six, and an additional three beds in the TV room.
The mudroom is equipped with built in boot and glove dryers for twelve.
The kitchen is a chef's paradise. Stocked with nearly all imaginable tools and small appliances for even the most experienced chefs , including an outdoor wood burning pizza oven.
The home is wired for sound.
The garage has been turned into the 'Tournament Ping Pong' ,fitness room available to use at your own risk.
There is a eight person hot tub outside as well as an electric sauna.
Living areas are perfect for large groups as well as intimate small gatherings.

The owners show a lot of care in the design and furnishing of the property. They made the rental process transparent and were flexible in the current environment (Covid) with the possibility of a cancellation. Fortunately, we were able to go and enjoy a lovely time at their property. The hot tub, sauna, ping pong table and media room were a hit with the kids. The open kitchen and upstairs space with fireplace, large sofa and exposed beams is a beautiful spot to relax. Beds were very comfortable, heated floors in the bathrooms and spacious closets and were great. The large entry room with boot/glove dryer system is wonderful on a ski holiday and a nice well thought out design. Looking forward to staying here again. 10/10.
