Legacy 703 3 bedroom 3 bath gulf-front condominium Gulf Shores

We enjoyed our stay! The unit was as advertised, with a lovely balcony view of the beach. There is quick and easy access to the outdoor pool and the beach. Overall, it was very clean when we arrived, though we did notice the inside door to the elevator hall needs cleaning or repainting, and the master bathroom floor (which we wiped when it got wet) needs extra cleaning. The kitchen and living areas were clean and stocked sufficiently for our cooking and playing needs (with the exception of needing potholders).The elevator was reported to us (by another guest) as functioning inconsistently, though it caused us no problems, and it was scheduled for maintenance service the day we checked out.We did use the washer and dryer, stove/oven, and refrigerator, all of which worked well. The AC cools most of the unit sufficiently, with the exception of the master bedroom, which was warm. (We think it's because it shares a lot of wall space with the exterior hallway where the elevator and AC external units are, and that space stays quite warm.)Our travel group was 4 adults and two children. Sleeping amenities were good, though the master bedroom mattress is very soft and indented on one side, which made it uncomfortable for one of us.Some areas of the unit are beginning to show minor wear and tear, but certainly did not hamper our fun and enjoyment! We had a great week.

A couple things were damaged or broken when we arrived but overall was a good visit. Location was great. We enjoy having a balcony facing the beach. A there. The rooms and standalone shower were kinda small for adults. I like the check-in process but I didn't know about contacting the owner about checking out. We just left. Nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Legacy. The condo had everything we needed. We loved that the Gulf was right outside the back door!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Legacy is a decent place to stay not just real expensive on arrival we get there and our unit is available for early check in which is great the unit is clean so we get unpacked and head to the pool well it’s clear but a bunch of debris this on a Friday evening so we get up Saturday head to the beach come back same way Sunday same Monday same I call and ask they say they will call HOA Tuesday same Wednesday same Thursday appears to be better looking from above but several bugs now someone came out and dipped a bunch but couldn’t get them all the stay there was great but the pool for whatever reason just wasn’t cared for and the dryer broke too but I guess those things happen so we couldn’t do out laundry
