Conch Key Landing (CKL) is our family's unpretentious waterfront winter home which we invite you to share. It is completely equipped and spotlessly clean. We provide everything you need for a great vacation. CKL is directly on Florida Bay. A five minute boat ride from our protected dockage will take you under the US1 bridge to the oceanside flats, the reefs and the Gulfstream. Superb sunsets, bird and fish viewing. Lie in a hammock or relax in our comfortable deck chairs under the palms and let the world go by.
Our friendly, knowledgeable, property managers, live only two doors away. They are most happy to provide you with information about the Keys and to ensure that CKL remains in top condition so that you will have a pleasurable stay.

Outstanding stay. Property manager Joanie was excellent & couldn’t have been more accommodating & pleasant. Beautiful ocean views with stunning sunsets & captivating marine life off property’s dock. Delicious area restaurants & fun local area including several beaches. We loved our vacation & hope to come back.

Place was amazing with the sunsets. Kiki hut and balcony overlooking the water. Joanie, our host was just an exceptional person and very very helpful. Plan on goingback soon!

The view was absolutely amazing. The location and the place were exactly as described. We loved the outside space, we will definitely stay again.

There was a little hiccup but Joanie resolved the issue and we had the time of our lives! The location couldn’t be better! The upper deck overlooks the sunsets, there is fishing right off the dock, the house was clean and it has everything you need. Close enough to the grocery but far enough that you’re in the real keys!!
