My place is located at the tallest building in Cebu and the Visayas with 55 floors in tower 1 and 46 floors in tower 2(ongoing construction). It is conveniently situated at the central downtown area of Cebu city which makes it ideal for personal, leisure or business/work functions. It is very near to Fuente Osmena Circle(a famous landmark) and is surrounded with restaurants, coffee shop, supermarket, mall, bakery, bank/ATM/money changer, church, school, hospital/clinic and almost everything that you need. It is also a very popular night life district with the surrounding bars, pubs, clubs and 24 hours restaurants.

This condo is still very new(2017) so the rooms are also newly built. It is fully secured with 24/7 front desk, CCTV cameras, fire/smoke detectors and security guards. It has 4 high speed elevators in tower 1 and a readily back-up generator in case of power interruption. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and playground at the 9th floor. Paid parking is also available upon advance request.

It is fully furnish with a queen/double bed with extra pull-out bed or a foam mattress, 42" Smart LED TV, Wi-Fi internet, air-condition, wardrobe closet, cabinet, cupboard, table, refrigerator, microwave oven, induction stove, range hood, rice cooker, water kettle, cooking and dining wares in order to make your stay more comfortable and memorable one. It is perfect for a couple with 1 or 2 kids or a solo traveler for work, business or adventure.
