About this cottage rental
Charming wine country cottage in the heart of the Sonoma Valley. This 2BD/1BA home is walking distance from 12+ tasting rooms and wineries (e.g. Kenwood, Kunde, Landmark, Chateau St. Jean, VJB, etc...). The front porch swing and Adirondack chairs look over the park across the street with mountain views in the background. There are 130 syrah vines in the small vineyard onsite as well as several fruit trees. The private backyard hosts a fountain, hot tub, hammock, Weber gas grill, and a secluded outdoor shower. It is fully furnished with California King & Queen beds, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a 42' LCD TV for movies or internet streaming, hardwood floors, and a marble radiant heated bathroom floor. The property has 4 bee hives secluded in amongst the grapevines in the side yard. If you stay you will see them visit the water fountain in the private backyard. Although there has never been any issues, If you are allergic to honeybees, you may not be comfortable in the private back yard.

This place was exactly what we were looking for, it’s got everything you need and believe everything you read about great location! No need to book an expensive wine tour when you can practically walk to most of them.

Had a wonderful time here, the place looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean, and had all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. The location could not be more perfect. Walking distance to several wineries and just a quick car ride to many more of the top rated ones! During our stay we had power outage warnings due to the weather and Brandin continually updated us and had great communication. Would absolutely stay again and recommend his place for a lovely wine country retreat.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. The location is convenient to everything and so quiet. The place had everything we needed and the hot tub is so nice to relax in after a day of visiting wineries. We hope to go back next summer.

The rental was perfect for our weekend wine trip to Sonoma Valley! We loved that it was walking distance to many wineries and eateries, yet tucked back away off the highway a bit. The hot tub and hammock out back were also a plus!
