There is everything you may need. The contact person took into consideration some difficulties and was very helpful!
It would be better to be mentioned that it is located at the 4thfloor, for people with moving difficulties.

A very nice apartment, clean and cozy.

The apartment is very nice and clean. Everything was as expected and the price was very good for what was offered. Although there is no designated parking for the apartment enough free spaces were available right next to the apartment building, plus the main pedestrian areas are right next to the apartment and you can enjoy a walk thru the city.
The apartment building is not the nicest; an old building but I cannot say it is not clean or dangerous, it is not that welcoming that's all.
