Bienvenue à la maison

Locatie was heel fijn. Er was een grote tuin waar de kinderen konden spelen. We zochten een plek die we als uitvalsbasis konden gebruiken en daar was het echt perfect voor.

Teveel lichtknoppen :-) Best verwarrend. Misschien een klamboe tegen de muggen of we hebben het niet gevonden.

This is a delightful gite, a genuine home from home in a quiet rural setting, ideal for escaping the pressures of modern life. We stayed for four nights in early June when the weather was somewhat capricious. Nevertheless we explored the local area including excursions to the interesting towns of Beuzeville, Pont l’eveque and Pont-Audemer, amazing how seamlessly these have been sympathetically restored from the ruins of WW2. We had a truly restful stay, charmed by the variety of wild birds as well as the billy goat at the bottom of the garden, the latter a ready recipient of any waste food! Altogether we enjoyed our time here greatly

A walk- in shower rather than the existing arrangement of a bath with shower attachment, but this is only because the aching joints of the typical septuagenarian make accessing the bath something of a trial.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette charmante maison normande. La pièce à vivre au RDC est baignée de lumière naturelle, avec une cuisine parfaitement équipée avec une cheminée dans le salon. La maison peut accueillir jusqu’à six personnes (idéale pour une famille ou un groupe d’amis souhaitant profiter d’un cadre paisible). Le jardin, bien entretenu, est un havre de tranquillité où l’on peut savourer le calme du village, loin de l’agitation. L’emplacement est très bien car proche d'Honfleur ce qui nous a permis de découvrir facilement les merveilles de la région. Merci à Sylvie pour votre accueil fort agréable et prenez soin de vous.

Des petites réparations à prévoir (carrelage dans la salle de bain et plancher à l’étage) mais cela ne nous a pas posé de problème.
