The beach in front of the condominium is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery, but swimming conditions vary depending on tides and surf. Nearby beaches such as Jobos, Shacks, Montones, Middles, Wilderness, and Crash Boat each offer different experiences, from calm snorkeling waters to world-class surfing.
🌴 Tropical Environment
Puerto Rico's tropical climate naturally includes insects and wildlife. Although the property receives regular professional pest control, occasional ants, mosquitoes, geckos, iguanas, or other small insects may still be seen, especially after rain or during the evening.
⛈ Weather & Utilities
Weather, airline delays, and occasional utility interruptions are beyond our control. If electricity or water service is interrupted for more than 24 consecutive hours, we will provide a prorated 25% nightly-rate discount. Internet interruptions do not qualify for refunds. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
🏊 Common Areas
The swimming pool, sports courts, and other shared amenities are managed by the condominium administration. Temporary closures for maintenance, weather, or administrative decisions are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds. Guests are expected to follow all posted community rules while using these facilities.
🏡 Property Care
Please help us preserve the apartment by treating it with the same care you would your own home. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, including permanent stains, broken or missing items, and excessive cleaning.

We had a great trip to Jobos Beach, and the unit was everything we could have hoped for. We were a short walk to the beach and restaurants and the pool was great for the kids. The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. The balconies especially were very nice. We can't recommend it enough! Thanks for a great trip!

The host was very welcoming. However, the dryer was not working when we arrive. The host did ask if we were ok with a maintenance guy coming out while we were there but, I said no.

Overall the location and facility was nice. Was very u happy about the fact we had no power to any of the outlets in the upstairs a bedroom. Notified property manager immediately on Saturday, but was told the maintenance man could not come until Monday, which was the day before. This caused an inconvenience because we had to plug everything into the bathroom outlet. On Monday they could not figure out the problem so they brought us an extension cord.
Also the ants were so bad in the bathroom upstairs that they got into all of our items, everything was covered in ants. Property manager apologized for this and advised they have been spraying for the problem.
