Granite counter tops and stainless appliances attest to the quality of the home, while the fantastic old double hung windows and pine plank walls of the living room and the 3 bedrooms retain the original woodsy craftsman feel.
Numerous windows and the Deck look out on the spectacular spring creek tumbling at the base of a 2 Giant Sequoias, Huge Cedars and Massive Pines. Flowering Dogwood trees, Trilliums, and wildflowers make this a favorite part of the vacation.

A wonderful place just eighteen miles from Lassen Volcanic NP and only a few minutes drive to the local market and a very good pizza place. The back deck overlooking the stream was a highlight of some great outdoor space. Our gracious host Michael met us for the check and prior to that sent us several suggestions for activities in the area.

The home was right on a creek and accommodated our family of 4 well. It was well-appointed and even had games the family could play together. The beds were comfortable. Michael provided excellent suggetions to see in the area. We used it as our base to explore Lassen Volcanic NP.

Michael is the nicest guy and an excellent host: he was quick to respond to all inquiries prior to booking and throughout our stay, he greeted us upon arrival to assist and answer all our questions The home is perfectly situated alongside a nice flowing creek just as shown in the photos however photos cannot truly describe the natural beauty and peacefulness here. A perfect place to relax and unwind. It is a great location, with many activities close by to explore - ask Michael, he is a wealth of information about the area.

very nice place, a little abandoned, needs more cleaning in the back, and the house is very hot, very difficult to sleep at night, rooms and bathrooms need more privacy
