The Skyline Villa - Family Getaway Heaven in the Heart of Saint George, UT

Very nice property and close to many golf courses. Views from home are amazing.Would have been nice to have more than 3 bedrooms. Although it worked for our group. We enjoyed the stay. Thanks

The property was "Absolutely Amazing" and easily accommodated all 18 that attended our 2023 USMC reunion this year. The house was so impressive that two of the guys attending drove around the camping trailer park below because they didn't think our group would be staying in such a beautiful place. I spoke on the phone with the hostess Angela who was so gracious. During our conversation, she informed me that the rodeo was in town and tickets were still available if our group would be interested, and per her recommendation we attended and had a great time. Text messages from all the guys after leaving the house all mentioned how beautiful the house, and its location, were. Sleeping accommodations and amenities were absolutely spectacular for everyone of us. "Thank You Angela", for the many wonderful memories you've afforded our USMC, 1st Battalion 8th Marine Reunion Group this year. For 3 of the Marines attending this year, it was the first time in 37 years since they'd seen anyone from our old platoon. And because we attended the Rodeo event upon your suggestion, we now have two guys returning home that can forever say "This isn't my first Rodeo"!! LOL I'd highly recommend this location for anyone looking to have a special and memorable vacation or gathering.

The house and surrounding property were amazing, and we loved the gorgeous views atop the hill. Overall, we were thrilled.

This place had beautiful views and plenty of space to spread out. I even did a live event via Zoom as there was high-speed fiber internet. The rooms were comfortable, and everything was pretty much in order. The times I did need to contact someone, the response was pretty quick.

We fell in love with this property. We wish we could stay longer. We did our vow renewal there. It was the perfect place to do it at. Highly reccomend!

Great location for biking, hiking, and the nearby park

This property is phenomenal! Pictures don’t do it justice! My daughter got married at Snow Canyon and this was the perfect place for friends and family to stay and celebrate. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The house was clean upon arrival and the property nicely landscaped. Plenty of space to spread out inside. Very conveniently located for our visit to cheer on family participating in Ironman. Would love to visit again!

Property is as advertised. Worked great for our group of 5. If you have a big group it would be fine with a bunch of kids maybe not 20+ adults. If you plan to eat out make reservations at least a week ahead of time. Not much is open on Sundays.

This is one of those unique properties that will not disappoint. The stunning home is only outdone by its spectacular views of St. George. From its perch nestled in to the red rock hills, the home has a southern exposure that provides views of the sunrise and then sunset. The home lives up to its photos and has a real history of the family that founded the property. Convenient to the town, Zion National Park, and other hiking trails, I really cannot say enough about this property. Can't wait to visit again.

This is a unique and beautiful home. Quite large, set into the hillside and great views of the city below. It’s a bit of a steep driveway, but it’s paved and there’s two garage spots available Comfortable and large rooms, especially the basement bunk room. I got to meet the owners the day of our arrival and they were friendly and wanted to make sure we were all comfortable

St George was perfect spot for our tour. We wanted to Visit Las Vegas, Zion and Grand Canyons. The town is conveniently located in the middle of all this. The landscape and property itself was ‘cherry on top’ for us. Thanks for having Us!!!

We have rented tents, condos, cabins and homes from Maine to Florida, Virginia to Nevada. NEVER have we been instructed to help with stripping bedding and sorting laundry. We are expected to keep this house clean but are not provided the means to do that with. For two persons we are provided 5 rolls of toilet paper for 3 days and 4 nights. However for the same house with 8 persons we are provided 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen with NO dish clothes or towels. This is a beautiful home that needs some updates.

I loved the house and all the amenities provided. Only issue I had was the second bathroom on the main floor the shower didn't drain as quickly as it should.

I would give this property 5 stars. It was clean and well furnished. We did need some additional supplies and when we called the manager the supplies were delivered. The check in process was simple. Would definitely rent this property again

We loved the house and location. The bunk beds downstairs were difficult for adults to get in and out of. Other than that, It was great.

My family and I had a great time! The property was a lot more than we expected! We knew it was going to be a big home but once we got there, we were blown away! The views, the family history, wow!! Angela was so friendly and the home was perfectly clean! We will definitely recommend this property and hope to come back soon!
