Sunshine Place

Location of the apartment which is near to supermarkets, shopping center and train station. Size of the apartment - 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms/shower, and the complete amenities (washer/dryer and fridge which is the most important) that come with it. No AC which is expected in most parts of the UK, but they provide 3 portable fans, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Check in and out was smooth and with very minimal interaction.

Sent a chat message to the host via Booking.com to clarify a few things a couple of weeks before arrival but only received a response a few days before. No issue and everything was as expected from the response, but would've been nicer to not be kept waiting too long.

Location was very good as so close to shops etc. Also staff were super friendly.

Didn't see any body wash for the shower, just shampoo. Also, while outside control of apt. complex, a car park was situated across from the apt and on a very warm night, could not open doors and windows as very loud music was playing from cars parked there until after 2am. This could be a rare occurrence but something to be aware of.

The apartment was clean and nice, modern and excellent finish

The check in details was not sent till I reached out, it would have been nice to get the details beforehand

The location was great. A quick walk in to Enfield Town to do some of our shopping and socialising. A quick journey to get into the heart of London for more shopping and soak up the Christmas atmosphere. Very warm in the flat.

The showers had bad water pressure and the kitchen was poorly equipped. I would expect matching crockery and cutlery with at least two of everything per person so washing up doesn’t have to be done during the day. Although we ate out we also had some meals in and blunt knives made food preparation very difficult.
