ROCO 1 - Großer Pool, Sauna, wundervoller Meerblick, pure Entspannung

El aislamiento de la casa es perfecto, no es necesario AC ni ventilador incluso en verano con calor. La atención de Heidi es muy buena, está siempre disponible y atenta a todo lo que necesites. Las vistas son espectaculares y el entorno es muy tranquilo y típico del paisaje de la isla. Los jardines están cuidados y bien mantenidos. La casa está bien equipada y las instalaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario. La limpieza por dentro de la casa estaba muy bien. La piscina está de maravilla y cuenta con lona para taparla por las noches. Sin duda repetiriamos. Relación calidad/precio excelente.

Mejoraría los últimos metros de camino sin asfaltar hasta el parking, la limpieza de la terraza el día de llegada y el detalle del chico de mantenimiento en destapar la piscina para mejorar la temperatura del agua. Si la quieres tapar me parece bien que la tapes tu por la tarde, pero sería un detalle que él la destape a primera hora cuando va a limpiar, ya que si no te acuerdas tu y te vas, la piscina está tapada todo el día y no se calienta el agua. La señal WiFi está limitada al comedor únicamente, ya que las paredes son de piedra y no llega señal a las habitaciones.

The house is absolutely beautiful and cool even in hot days. Most of the windows have nets, which you get to appreciate after a first night of open terrace door sloppiness and subsequent mosquito attacks overnight. The 2 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and the terrace is spacious and well furnished. We absolutely enjoyed the view, the tropical garden and the pool area. The house is also kids-friendly. We very much appreciated Heidi's kindness in allowing flexible early check-in and late check-out. What's maybe good to mention is that there are around 4-5 separate suites sharing the garden/pool area. It's been very quite when we were there and always had the pool for ourselves, but I would imagine this might be different when full.

The only thing that we found challenging was that one of the bedrooms has a roof window (as the only one), which can't be opened or fully sun- blinded. It's therefore very light and not really aired.
