This place was fantastic!! The amenities & location were ideal. The views from the condo were amazing especially at night. The host was quick to respond to all of my questions & requests. Mr Kurt was very helpful & friendly. We had a great stay & will be back!

Start with the positives. Great location with a great view! (minus the homeless camp in the trees between the unit and the river) Access to the unit was smooth and easy with secure parking garage.
The issues. You WILL hear 3 or 4 trains each morning between 6:30am and 8:00am. You WILL hear the "jake breaks" from big rigs on the freeway overpass at all hours of the day/night. You WILL hear trucks dumping metal into a barge on the river nearly each day. There must have been long term renters in this unit previous to our stay and the cleaners need to step up their game. Showers have mold, the vinyl plank flooring needs a deep cleaning and the windows have children's hand prints. There were no paper towels, napkins, kleenex or even a sponge to clean dishes. We made a trip to Target to stock up the unit and left it for the next renters. Loved Nashville and plan to come back. However, we will find someplace else to stay next time.
