Come enjoy the summer by the pool The house is quite spacious (170m2) and open to the outside, you will find everything you need to spend pleasant moments: swimming pool with sunbathing, summer kitchen, pool house with WC, barbecue, terrace with awning, large land (1600m2) with swing, children's hut, trampoline The interior is composed of a big kitchen opened on the living room (space of 60m2) with central island on which one can eat and table 8 people The house is well insulated and is good even in summer Sleeping vote: You will find 2 bedrooms with double beds 160cm wide (new bedding) One of the bedrooms is composed of a single bed 90 cm wide with a trundle bed (so 2 single beds) Another bedroom has a single bed 90 cm wide (possibility to add a mattress on the floor) Finally on the mezzanine is a high-end convertible sofa with a bed 140cm wide with a mattress bultex 14cm thick comfortable You will have access to the whole house except the garage which is private and closed The house is non smoking.
