This 3200 sq. foot home has 5 comfy bedrooms, 2 spacious living areas, 2 cozy fireplaces, hot tub, pool table, loft, 3 full bathrooms, one with large jetted tub. One 3 person canoe and 2 person kayak provided at the home for guest use
Located on Big Bass Lake, community amenities include an indoor and an outdoor pool, gym, beach area, playground and access to the rec center.

The Big Bass Lake Recreation Center houses the indoor pool along with a dry sauna, pool table, lounge, locker rooms and Fitness Center.

Once the snow hits the Poconos, grab some sleds and/or tubes and head over to the snow-tubing/sledding hills.

HANDICAP ACCESS
The ground floor is accessible to the elderly and handicap. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, a recreation room with a 50” flat screen TV and reclining sofas. There is also a full bath with a shower and tub. However, the kitchen and dining area is located up 1 flight of steps.

Beautiful property that was perfect for our family get together. My husband and I thought the king sized mattress was uncomfortable but my daughter-in-law said she would have been happy with how hard it was. The top floor bedroom had a great view of the sun rise but nothing to shade it and go back to sleep. So it was perfect for living but a little off for sleeping and main floor shower could have used a grab bar or non-slip stickers.Over all we had a great time and I would probably give it a 4 1/2. Younger family loved it

Loved the house right at the lake so we could fish and kayak. The house had plenty of bedrooms for all our family. We would rent it again.

The house was perfect size for 10 people with a beautiful view of the lake. We loved the deck and living area. Beds were comfortable but kitchen could use some new pans and more utensils and the front door keypad lock needed recharging. During our stay the gas fireplace was unusable, despite an attempt by a handyman to fix the pilot light. The owner, Camille, was always quick to respond to any concerns and we appreciated that! The firepit, canoe and kayak were great additions as well as fishing poles. Overall, it was good stay in a beautiful location on a quiet lake.
