About this house rental

Relax on the front porch. Leave all your beach supplies in the beach box and walk or ride your bike to the beach. 4 chairs in the beach box for you. Cable tv. One and a half baths and an outside shower. Families welcomed up to 6 persons. No pets and no smoking. First Floor

Cozy, comfortable, and location couldn't have been better for the beach and town. Easy walk everywhere, easy bike to Sunset Beach, well set up for my 2 year old grandson.

Check in was easy. Hosts are upstairs so easily available but not at all obtrusive. The space is very clean. Location is great with several shops and restaurants within a few blocks, beach and the mall a 10 minute walk.

This is the place to be if you want off the beaten path. The street and neighborhood are very quiet which was great for us. If you are a partying group I would go elsewhere. The porch was nice to sit on and drink your morning coffee. We loved taking walks around the neighborhood and got to talk to some lovely people. The houses are beautiful. There is even a tattoo parlor around the corner. You are close enough to walk to the beach or bike to watch the sunset- which is a must. The drive to town is short but keep in mind parking may be an issue. You can also walk to a breakfast place, pizza place, and even a liquor store. You really do not need your car if you like to walk. This was your run of the mill rental. Nothing extra or any real personal touches. We were a little shocked that they asked us to clean but also asked for a cleaning fee. Maybe its a COVID thing but they do ask you to vacuum and sweep. You can also clean the bathtub if you're so inclined. We also needed to bring our own sheets and towels as well. The kitchen says fully stocked but people have different definitions of that so bring PAM or oil or ask her prior to coming so you are prepared. If you need a very quiet room do not choose the front bedroom- the vents allow all conversations from upstairs to filter down. I am an early riser so it made no difference to me. The owners live upstairs and seem very nice. She messaged me throughout the stay and even advised us to put a bike one of us had in the back for safekeeping. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
