This spot is a hidden gem - literally. At the very end of a long private drive serving a few houses, you feel like you are all alone overlooking Lake Champlain! And only a short 15-minute drive to the heart of Burlington and UVM (shorter drive to the airport). This is a must-stay location!

We returned to this wonderful property to discover several fabulous improvements since our last visit in 2024: new large refrigerator, attractive porch furniture, welcomed air conditioning, etc., plus the place was clean and shiny! The house's location with views of the bay and lake are fabulousl, plus it is within about 5-20 minutes of the main tourist attractions in the area. The neighborhood is quiet, plus we met three nice families who live on the same road. Lovely spot!Communicating with Jacob and Jesse was fast and easy, plus they left us the nicest welcome basket we have ever received. Needless to say, we hope to be back again in 2026!

This was the second summer our family stayed in this house, and we already cannot wait to go back next summer! The location is amazing - right on the lake with its stunning sunsets and glorious breezes and 10 minutes drive to downtown Burlington. The split level layout is perfect for extended family or two families, and the open concept main room is all views out the sliding glass doors. The best “room” of the house is the screened in porch though with its perpetual breezes and beautiful views. The house has everything you need including kayaks which we took out and a beautiful Weber grill. The hosts are very responsive and great to correspond with. I cannot recommend this home enough!
