size of it, location, views, costs, amazing service from real estate, everything
being 6 adults 3 queen beds would of been great but you can’t suit everyone’s needs

Unit was large and roomy. Great kitchen, well equipped with quality appliances. Beautiful view.
Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.
Spa bath was not working. Outside areas of unit complex were very dirty. Verandah tiles extremely dirty. No comfortable outdoor furniture to relax and admire the view. Only one lounge, needs two for a family to relax. Unit desperately needs maintenance. Unit complex requires a good deep clean.

Location and apartment was great, a beautiful unit.
Wifi didn’t work. Had to hotspot off phone for 3 days, sink in main bathroom clogged, so water never emptied after first use. Spa did my heat despite having it on heat for over 2 hours.
