It has 2 backyard patios with fire place and comfortable furniture. You can sit and enjoy the sound of the waves while relaxing. It is a 1 minute walk to Carmel River Beach and just a mile to downtown Carmel, Ocean Avenue, with its unique shops and galleries. It is also 5 minutes walking distance to the Carmel Mission and Clint Eastwood's Mission Ranch.
Shopping, wine tasting, golf, hiking, museums and of course beach walks are all close by. You'll be glad you spent time in this little slice of paradise.

Great location and accommodating hosts. Our third stay here. Thanks to the caretakers who allowed us a little extra time on our evening-flight departure day. TV hook-on is a little confusing but we worked it out in advance, allowing us to watch World Series games when not at Brophy’s (great place to watch).
