Wszystko. Spokojna lokalizacja, dostęp do basenu, siłownia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami, dobra obsługa. Bardzo zadbane mieszkanie, przyjemny widok na tereny zielone z balkonu. Dobre nasłonecznienie pomieszczenia - dostęp naturalnego światła. Blisko do Centrum miasta

You can use the swimming pool of towers 1 and 2; Location-inside Iloilo's newest CBD/Ilo2 Business Park, transport hub with P2P a/c buses to airport, boracay, etc; ferry terminal to Guimaras/Bacolod is only 5-10mins; public mkts, malls, & churches are very accessible; perfect base if you're staying for a week in Iloilo & want to include GUIMARAS in ur itinerary. Include the coastal towns/islands of Iloilo& Antique if youre staying for week or 2 in the summer months of March-May. Visit the ancestral houses & churches of Iloilo, its a must
Toilet and bath has a certain smell. No cable TV. When i used the exit doors of the building (One Madison Place) twice, i realized it was not locked from the inside in the ground floor; guards on duty must secure the exit at all times.

Very convenient as it is just a stone-throw away from Iloilo Business park where there are many eateries & a major supermarket to cater our needs.
The security and house-keeping are friendly & courteous.
Public transport is easily accessible & follows the std meter charge.
I will definitely recomnend this place & will stay here again
