Bayside at Bethany Lakes, a Toll Brothers Resort Community on the Indian River Bay, is conveniently located near Bethany, Rehobeth, Dewey Beach, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland.
Downtown Bethany Beach is just 2 short miles from the house. Great golf just 2 short miles away at Bear Trap Dunes, featuring 27 holes designed by Don Jacobson.
Upon receipt of your reservation request, we will forward a signed agreement for your signature. All reservations require a returned signed lease agreement along with a security deposit of $500 which will be returned within 10 days of your check-out, provided there are no damages.
50% of the rent is due within 10 days of signing the lease agreement. The balance of rent is due 30 days prior to your start date.

Our family stayed in this house for 2 weeks this past August. We have never stayed in the Bethany Beach area before and this place was a great find. The owners were very responsive to my many, many questions before and during the stay. The house has everything you need for a great vacation - good location, tons of room, lovely decor, ample supplies (fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and toys, outdoor seaing and grill) , community pools (outdoor and indoor). We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in Bayside at Bethany Lakes six times, and this is by far the nicest home we have stayed in. The owner is extremely helpful, quick to respond to any inquiry, and the home is exactly as advertised (even nicer in person). Beautifully decorated, completely stocked kitchen, there is nothing more you would want. I like to be outside during vacation, so the patio was perfect! We used it everyday, both morning and night.Will return over and over if it is available!
