About this apartment rental
Second floor family home with three bedrooms (Master/queen, 2nd bdrm/full and 3rd bedroom/full with ensuite bathroom) that feel very separate from the living space which includes a large living room with large windows looking out onto trees and stained glass windows of the building across the street, a lovely dining room with a table that can seat 8-12 people, along with a separate kitchen and washer/dryer, make this an ideal vacation get away for a family. This apartment is just off Park Avenue, a few blocks away from Central Park, Museums and right near all public transportation making it easy to move around the city. Whole Foods, Fairway, CVS, Dean & Deluca - all shopping markets and drug stores within 1-2 blocks. Pets not allowed.

This apartment is clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and extremely well-located! All three bedrooms have comfortable beds; the bathrooms and kitchen are spotless and commodious by NYC standards; and the kitchen is well stocked. The living room is comfortable and large. The apartment is just steps from the Lexington Avenue subway line and a couple of blocks from Central Park, including the reservoir (ideal for joggers or walkers) and the Metropolitan (and several other museums). Libby is a very considerate and communicative host, and she did everything she could to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible, including stocking the kitchen with coffee and milk at our request (and several other items that we did not ask for but definitely enjoyed). We will certainly stay here on our future visits to the City, if the apartment is available (which we hope it will be)!

Christmas is magical in New York City, particularly with your grandchildren.
Libby, the owner, could not be more helpful and made our stay ver;y enjoyable. She exceeded any standard !
The apartment is well appointed, spotless and roomy by NYC standards.
Great location too....
We will try to return in the spring.
