3 BR unit sleeps 10 w/ 1 king in master bedroom, 2 doubles in 2nd bedroom, & 2 doubles in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has a full kitchen, 4 flat screen televisions, & a private oceanfront balcony.
New Mattresses installed in December of 2024 & new sofa & love seat installed in April of 2025!!!

We had a larger group with us. My husband, our children and grandchildren as well. The view from the living room and primary suit were always breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. The unit was clean (could use a carpet shampoo but nothing major. Just foot traffic). We had all the dishes and things we needed. We were very satisfied with our stay.

We had a great time. The unit was clean and spacious. The cabinets were stocked with all the dishes and pans we needed. Water pressure was great in all the showers and we never ran out of hot water even after several people showering. Only complaint was the master bathtub was draining very slowly and tub would start to fill. View was amazing! Pools, lazy river and outdoor facilities were nice. Restaurant was perfect for breakfast buffet every morning. Resort is very walkable to downtown and all the restaurants and bars. Great location! I highly recommend this rental.

The resort was very nice, and the condo was as advertised. The music at the pool party was great! The folks at North Beach Realty made the check in process easy. They do need more handicapped parking. The living room furniture needs shampooing, not just vacuumed. Overall, very nice! We would stay again and recommend as well.

The unit had beautiful views. The Avista staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was clean however the furniture in the living room was very dirty and stained. The paint on the doors in the bedrooms was peeling.
