About this house rental
"Our House" is a great place to get away from it all! This elegant home features vaulted ceilings, hand-crafted rock-work, and wormy chestnut furniture made from refurbished barn wood. There is an indoor rock fireplace that was hand-crafted by a local artisan (wood provided for casual fires). While you relax around the fire, be away from it all. For those who wish to stay connected, enjoy wireless internet connection. Watch TV on a 60' flat screen TV with Blu-ray and Surround Sound. Outside, soak your worries away in the 6 - person hot tub on the covered rock pavilion with an outdoor fireplace. The spa area is a favorite place for guests to gather around the fire and catch up with each other!
"Our House” is nestled in a mountain cove, with a distant year-round view of Little Pisgah Mountain. The front porch has ample seating – two tables with chairs, two adirondack chairs, and five additional chairs. There is also a new propane grill.
Nourish yourself in this peaceful cove while you enjoy the hospitality of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The Cove at Fairview is conveniently located – just 15 minutes to The Biltmore House, 15 minutes to downtown Asheville, and 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Fine dining, breweries, and mountain vistas are some of the local attractions our guests enjoy.
The Game Room has something for kids of all ages – a Brunswick pool table, HD-TV on a 40 Inch Flat Screen, foosball +. The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, a cooking island and a wine cooler. This home is always impeccably clean. There is a gorgeous mountain view from the front porch.
Outside there are many places to sit and enjoy the vibrant flower gardens and the woods. There are horses, miniature donkeys, and chickens - if you feel like visiting the animals. Fresh eggs provided. This elegant home features exceptional high-tech and rustic amenities.
We also have an electric charging station. This Level 2 EV Fast Charger is available free of charge.

Great property! It’s close to Asheville but in the woods. House is comfortable. All beds were comfortable and the dining table suited us nicely, we like to do puzzles and play games. The host, Frank is helpful without being intrusive. There are other houses on this property but you do not see them or hear them. The animals were fun, especially the mini donkeys, so cute!I highly recommend this house.

6 women, all of us in our 60’s who had seen each other in about 40 years met up for a reunion and stayed here in “Our House.” It was fantastic! The house was roomy, with a great view and was great for hanging out inside as well as outside on the front porch. We had a night out at the hot tub and covered fireplace which was a wonderful space for us to continue our story telling and reconnecting. Then we spent another night being a little rowdy down in the game room playing pool and foosball. It was like being in our own private bar without having to deal with other people! The kitchen was well equipped, and if we needed anything Frank was just a phone call away. We all felt we’d selected the perfect house for our reunion!

We really enjoyed this property and so did the kids! We used the fire pit every night to roast s’mores and the kids loved visiting the horses every day. It was a solid location and felt remote enough for the peace and quiet but was also 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. The property manager was great and left tons of helpful tips on things to do in the area like the brewery around the corner where our kids ran around while we had a beer. Altogether an excellent stay and property!!
