South Hill home w/ Front porch and less than a mile walk to downtown. A short walk to South Hill stairs with unforgettable scenic overlook of St. Croix River and historic Stillwater Lift Bridge. Historic downtown is 0.8 miles, with great shopping and first class restaurants and bars.
Many outdoor activities in the area including boating, golfing, kayaking, bike trails, wineries, breweries and paddle boat excursions.
Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and was originally built in 1890 and remodeled in 2004. Modern updates with character of an old house. It is conveniently located close to Highway 36 and easy to find.
There is an apartment above the detached garage that is occupied by the owners during the off season (fall through spring). We happily accept well-trained dogs in our home, the backyard is fenced in.

Location, location, location as my mother would say!! This place is in a great neighborhood with a 3-4 minute drive to downtown Stillwater! The fenced in backyard was great for our littles (6 yr, 4 yr, and almost 2yr old). We had fun using the fire pit too.
