About this villa rental
The first floor features an open-floor plan with a dining room and gourmet kitchen to the right of the foyer and living room with TV area, pantry and full bathroom on the left. The laundry room is to the side of here. Leading off the kitchen and dining areas is a patio with small garden areas and a gas barbeque. The second level has two bedroom with en suite bathrooms. The master has a king size bed and bathroom has a large glass enclosed shower, oversize tub and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom with a large glass enclosed shower and single sink. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and private balconies with ocean views. The third level has a bedroom with a full/double bed and bathroom. There is also a large deck with ocean views for entertaining and watching the sun set. The house is air-conditioned throughout. Fully furnished. Wireless internet. TV has DVD and access to Netflix. Community pool and spa. 24 hr. caretaker service.

Very comfortable with both nice inside and outside areas. The isolation of the beach was just what I had ordered. Easy to find driver's to take you to town for shopping. Small but charming expat community. I would come back 100%.

My husband and I spent 6 weeks in this beautiful condo situated in the quiet and friendly town of Puerto Cayo. It was our first time in Ecuador and we loved walking the beach in the morning and relaxing on the top deck watching the sun set over the ocean in the evening. The condo was very nice, modern and fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. The owners helped us with contacts in case we needed anything. The people of Puerto Cayo were friendly and were always willing to help with anything we needed. We had a wonderful vacation and are all ready planning our next trip to Puerto Cayo. Thank you Angela and Tom, we enjoyed every minute of our stay at you condo.

We had a really great, relaxing time. Angela was very accommodating prior to the trip in answering questions and helping us out. Donald picked us up at the Manta airport and gave us a very useful orientation plus answered all our questions. The place is wonderful. It has everything you would need including quick easy beach access and great ocean/beach views. We will definitely visit again.

We really enjoyed the house, everything was there. It felt like home right away. Donald,the care taker, is fantastic and very helpful. The place is very secured. Gorgeous sunset view on the roof patio. It is Close to the village where you can find alot of restaurants on the beach. Tom and Angela made our stay really confortable, we would rented again!
