Escape to our charming coastal retreat, tucked away inside the secure, gated Oceanside Village resort style community in Surfside Beach, SC. If you are planning a getaway or a relaxing vacation with family and friends, our home is the perfect spot for year round comfort and lasting coastal memories. We rent Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall for 7 to14 nights in PEAK SEASON and UP to 30/60/90 nights stays.

Our cottage is designed for relaxation and sleeps 6 comfortably: BRING YOUR OWN LINENS, TOWELS, BEACH TOWELS and WASH CLOTHES.
* Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable Queen bed, a spacious walk-in closet and En Suite bathroom.
* Second Bedroom: Equipped with a Full and Twin bed setup with Bathroom access and a walk-in closet.
* Living Area: Includes a Full-size sleeper sofa, Full size air mattress located in the hall closet.
* Bathrooms: 2 modern, full bathrooms with handicap toilets. Full size tub/shower and a Walk-in shower.
📜 NOTE to GUESTS:
* NO LINEN SERVICE. Must supply your own paper products, trash bags, etc. You are welcome to take with you or leave behind for others.
📘Booking:
* Schedule: Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.
* Check-In Time: 2:00 p.m.
* Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
* Pet Policy: Pets must be approved by the OWNER and 25lbs or less.
* Pet Fee: $30.00 per pet and no more than two dogs at a time. Kennel trained

🧻AS A COURTESY: to others.... We ask that you leave one courtesy roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for the next clients coming in.
🪳PEST CONTROL: Our home is treated inside and out every 3 months for pest control.
🗑️ TRASH: Must be taken out the night before trash is scheduled for pickup. All cardboard boxes and to-go needs to go out immediately to keep pests down.
*REMEMBER: to bring the trash can back to the house after trash has been picked up. OSV RULE!

Hello and welcome to Rachel and Bill's Place my name is LaTina Jarvis and my sister Sheri Styron are the property managers for Moms home here in Oceanside Village. We are from Salisbury, North Carolina.
Our mom has owned and operated this home since 2004. She has taken great pride in creating a home and making it a multi-family friendly place for your next vacation.

🌴Why did we choose this location?
Our location with its circle drive and spacious open living area. It's quiet, cozy and it's comfortable! With a large yard and shade trees for the kiddos or yourself to enjoy. We are only a 1/4th of a block away from the outdoor pools, splash pad and the jacuzzi areas. And just a short ride over to the indoor pool with kiddie pool and Jacuzzi, you can enjoy those amenities too. OSV offers a Worship Center, Community Center and Activities center. There are Baseball , Basketball, Tennis and Bocce Ball courts for even more entertainment. Then you are just a short ride to the Beach on the golf cart with private ocean front parking with an OSV Pass.
-Grocery and Door dash deliveries are available in most areas.
🌊OCEANSIDE VILLAGE:
Oceanside Village is a resort style community located in Surfside Beach, Garden City with Murrells Inlet, The Marsh Walk and Myrtle Beach where there are plenty of Shopping Centers, Flea Markets, Amusement Parks, Zoo, Restaurants, Pubs and Grills, Swim Shops, Putt Putt Golf, Golf, Fishing, Paddle boarding or whatever your pleasures are within minutes away. The Village also has a gated beachfront parking lot that gives Residents and Visitors direct access to the beach. Also included at this site are outdoor showers and men's and women’s restroom facilities.
👥 VISITORS:
Please check with the OSV office for a keycard for access to the parking lot. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 to 5:00.
⛳OSV Golf Carts can be rented during your vacation. Daily and weekly packages are available. The golf cart rental area is located behind the OSV office on Oceanside Drive. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Must have a driver's license to drive the golf cart.
🏊🏻♀️The Hickory Grove Pool - Our large outdoor pool is located off Park Green. This particular amenity has been completely refurbished for 2011 and includes a spacious kiddie pool and the Outdoor grills are available for your use at this location.
🕰️ Hours of operation are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
🏊🏻♀️The Oasis Pool - (Was just rebuilt in 2025-26) Our indoor swimming pool is located in the center section green area of the Village. This pool facility is ideal for year-round swimming and gives our guests another option in case of inclement weather. This pool also includes a kiddie pool for our smaller guests Jacuzzi.

Nice cozy cottage with a spacious screened in porch, which was great. 1-2 minute walk to the pool, golf cart to get to the beach, quiet, peaceful and friendly community. Can't really ask for much more for a beach vacation! Host communication was outstanding, very prompt. From reservation to check in and check out, everything was easy and simple. We very much enjoyed everything about this experience.
