About this house rental
Come and enjoy this awesome ocean front, three bedroom, two bath, vacation townhouse, located in the gate community of Seabluffe Village in Encinitas, California. You are literally 75' from the beach and offers fun for the entire family. The ocean front view draws you out onto our very large balcony deck where you can relax with a glass of wine, feel the gentle ocean breeze, or listen to the sounds and sights before you; the waves, surfers, dolphins, and all of the marine life.
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes with granite counter tops, a large Kitchen Aid refrigerator, microwave, Dacor five burner cook-top double ovens, warming drawer, Bosch dishwasher, trash compactor, dual stainless steel sinks, and purified water dispenser.
The living room offers a large inviting fireplace, fully equipped entertainment center with 60' LCD HD TV, DVD/CD/VCR players, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, music and DVD library for your enjoyment. Wireless Broadband Wi-Fi access throughout, Ethernet Broadband Internet Access (bring your own laptop).
Relax in luxury in the master bedroom with it's own romantic gas fireplace, walk-in closet, microwave oven, refrigerator, entertainment center and master bathroom Jacuzzi tub.
Special features of your vacation home is a detached, enclosed two-car garage, plus two additional parking spaces in front of garage, loaded with beach chairs, surf board, boogie boards, sand toys for the kids, umbrella and cooler chests for fun in the an uncrowded private access beach. Take long relaxing barefoot walks on the beach or just read a book as you relax and sunbathe. A convenient shower and foot station with warm water for removing sand and salt.
Two bicycles and helmets are available for you to ride north to Carlsbad, Oceanside, or south to Solana Beach and Del Mar.
On site for your enjoyment are two heated pools, Jacuzzi, five Tennis & Pickleball courts (four rackets available for your use), and Basketball court.
