About this house rental
This cozy furnished country-style farmhouse sleeps eight at base price and up to ten people at a maximum for $100/night extra cost. Children under 5 not counted. The home is minutes to ocean or bay beaches, shopping, and restaurants.
The house sits on over an acre of land adjacent to the 1000-acre Long Pond Greenbelt, a 7 mile north-south corridor of ponds, streams and adjacent upland areas. Out back is a wooden deck, an in-ground heated pool, outdoor shower and a pool house. The pool is heated and sits in sun all day. There are 9 lounge chairs, 4 umbrellas and a large teak table that seats 12. The first floor includes a newly renovated gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero/Wolf/Cove appliances, new breakfast room seats 6, dining area seats 8, living room with cathedral ceiling, powder room and large master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms has been expanded with cathedral ceiling and newly added bathroom, ensuite if desired or available to all bedrooms. Newly constructed 2 story addition with breakfast room on first floor. The house is centrally located between the Villages of Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton.

Great host and enjoyed our stay a lot. Decoration and such were a bit dated but decent value for money. Would stay here again with a group.

This is our second time staying at Ronnette's house this summer. It is a lovely, relaxing place that is comfortable, unpretentious, and close to everything. Even better, it is a real home with all of the comforts that go with that! The house has five bedrooms and our extended family stayed here with lots of space to sleep. Four bedrooms are upstairs with a shared bathroom and then there is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom downstairs. There is also a half bath on the first floor and a very nice outdoor shower. The house opens out to a very nice pool with a surrounding deck area and lots of chaises and umbrellas, and then a lovely seating area overlooking it. The two levels afford a very gracious set up for dining and relaxing. The kitchen and dining area are on the small side for a large group, but we mostly ate outside and grilled. The living room was cozy and a great spot for reading and doing a puzzle when the weather wasn't cooperative. We are so grateful that we found Ronnette's house and had the chance to stay here this summer!
