Glamday Style Okinawa Yomitan Hotel & Resort

I have stayed in many wonderful hotels across Japan, but this one genuinely surprised me. Everything feels carefully designed to help you slow down, relax and simply enjoy the moment. The rooms are spacious, elegant and incredibly comfortable, while the atmosphere throughout the hotel is peaceful and effortlessly luxurious. The breakfast deserves its own paragraph. Calling it "breakfast" almost feels unfair. Every morning felt more like sitting in a Michelin-star restaurant than in a hotel dining room. Beautiful presentation, outstanding quality and flavours that I will remember for a very long time. The entire staff was exceptional. Friendly, attentive, genuinely caring and always smiling. They made every interaction feel natural and personal. Yes, the hotel isn't located directly on the beach, but after spending a few days here, I honestly didn't mind at all. Even during a rainy week on Okinawa, I never once wished I had chosen somewhere else. This is one of those rare places that makes you start planning your next visit before you've even checked out.

Honestly... Only one thing. Eventually I had to say goodbye and go back home.

It’s pricey but worth it. Central location with convenient driving to Naha and other places in Okinawa. Staff super friendly and helpful. Spacious room and open brunch until 2pm so plenty of time for breakfast even if you sleep late. Excellent restaurant inside which can be booked for the night.

Nothing substantial. There could have been more shelf space in the wardrobe. Only hangers is not enough.

Quality hotel and excellent staff

The only thing the hotel was missing was a gym. It rained whilst we were there so a gym would have helped. Breakfast menu would be better if it was varied every other day

Boutique style, quiet and breakfast is available until 2pm

False advertising on the lounge access room needed to pay extra but as we found out, all room types have access to all lounges with free flow and snacks all day long. The checkout is weirdly early at 10:30am and the hotel rejected my request to even extend the checkout time by 30 mins and asked me to pay. We stayed for 4 nights and thought that was not a good experience. I had also my 45 bday while staying there and again though I have checked but the hotel does not provide any complementary arrangement as most hotels do
