Privately located in a safe, gated subdivision yet less than 5 miles from shopping, restaurants, hiking, the Appalacian Trail and other mountain recreation. Only minutes to boating and great fishing on Lake Nottely, Lake Blue Ridge and Lake Chatuge.
The cottage has a gourmet, chef's kitchen and appliances; a living room w large flat-screen TV and fireplace; a plush bedroom w a queen memory foam mattress and large flat-screen TV; a grand marble bathroom with two sinks, a large, custom shower, and heated floors; washer and dryer; a glass porch with heated floors; a covered outdoor deck with a gas grill and table and chairs; beautiful, treed acreage w small stream.

Nice little cottage on a few acres ! The towels, linens and blankets did not feel crisp and clean ! Kitchen needed some organization! Comfortable sofas !
