About this apartment rental
This charming 2 bedroom condo is only steps from the beach. Enjoy relaxing on the covered deck or take a stroll on the private beach. This 2 bedroom condo (known by beachgoers as the Green Dolphin) is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It is in a quaint community located in a building shared by only 3 other units. The full kitchen is bright and airy and the family room is spacious and cozy with a full-size pull out sofa bed and comfy chairs to relax in. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a trundle bunk bed.
The covered balcony is perfect for enjoying a family meal or just relaxing. It has a table, chairs and a beach view. There is also an outside shower and a separate footwash. Parking is available under the unit for one car and there is room in the driveway for another car. Mike's Fish Camp is a restaurant at the end of the street (very convenient) -it serves lunch and dinner.
The Green Dolphin is only three houses from the beach which provides a convenient and quick access to the private beach. Its great location offers quick access to downtown Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey or Ocean City. It is close enough to access all of the excitement but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.
There is a State Beach located adjacent to our beach which allows vehicles to drive on the beach and also allows fishing right from the beach. There are tons of activties for adults and kids just a few minutes away.
There are several grocery stores located with a 5-10 miles and don't forget all of the fabulous outlet shopping available in Rehobeth and the cute beach shops near the Bethany Boardwalk!
Bethany Beach is a very quiet beach community with a quaint downtown and a family atmosphere. Our community at Tower Shores offers all the ammenities of the beach towns but also a private beach and great location.
If you really want your vacation to be perfect, with a great location, friendly neighbors and a comfortable laid-back atmosphere, stay at the Green Dolphin.

Wonderful week in this cozy, comfy beach rental. Absolutely love the porch. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly, we had no issues though. Kitchen is stocked with lots of pots, pans, dishes and glassware. Loved the outdoor showers.

I really enjoyed this condo! This place was so clean which made for an incredible stay. We were there during some incredibly HOT days and the A/C really held up and kept us very cool the entire time. The small living area is all we needed and the couch was incredibly comfortable for the night time relaxation. Had some very minimal issues with parking here and there, but that was due to some other tenants in the building not following rules. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking and would definitely consider renting again!

Great rental for our family of four! The weather didn't cooperate the whole time but the fantastic porch made for a great spot to hang out and have game nights. The outside shower was utlized daily to clean off sand and it even had hot water too. Very convenient location to beach and restaurant. Host was very kind and easy to communicate with as needed. Would definitely rent here again!

This is our 4th time staying here since we love the condo and how close it is to the beach! Erin always answers any questions right away and ensures her guests have a great stay. Hope to be back again soon!
