The location is perfect. A quick 8-15 minute drive to Disney World and Wallmart and food places minutes away, The Windsor Hills resort has a secure, gated entrance, and check-in was smooth with friendly security. Accessing the property was simple using a QR code at the barrier. Make sure its straight for the scan as we had issues the first day using it. The home itself was in a great spot, close to the resort’s main amenities including the pool area, which features slides the kids loved. The only minor downside was the wristbands required for pool access. We weren't keen on wearing them all holiday, but keeping them loose made it easy to take them on and off.The property had everything we needed. plenty of space, great value, and all the comforts of home. The air conditioning was excellent, and we especially appreciated the ice dispenser in the freezer! The Disney-themed décor, with lots of photos and fun details, made the stay extra special for the kids, and having our own private pool was a huge bonus.The small onsite shop was convenient for essentials, and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Ordering food delivery was easy too. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. highly recommended!

The House was clean and airy. The pool in the backyard, a little small, but the big pool made up for it. Over all everything was great. The only two things I would have changed. The kitchen table is not good for small children. We travelled with small children. The other is the mattress. I think my back might hurt until I come back. Everything else was excellent.

Overall, it was a great stay. We had some issues at the beginning but Daniel took care of it. Something out of his control.A detailed review…..For a family, it was great. The outdoor pool could use some cleaning. It was dirty. And the outside of the pool could use some cleaning.There are plenty of extra bedding and towels. There are no kid friendly cups. There are a few kid plates and a few kid friendly silverware. There are no bowls, just glass plates and cups.As stated, there is no extra toilet paper or napkins. No salt and pepper.It could have been us, but the upstairs master bedroom tv would not work. The boys loved the Mickey Mouse room.There are 2 strollers, and beach/pool bag stroller you can use. An electric kettle. There is a high chair and a pack n play.The resort itself was AWESOME! We didn’t even use all the amenities of it, but we loved it and will be back. It’s also quiet.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were some negatives so I will try to be detailed. We stayed here for 10 days with myself, my husband, our two children (a four year old and a 2 month old), and my parents (both in their 70’s).The positives:- the price is great for what you get- the location is amazing- the resort pool, splash pad and arcade were great for our little ones.The negatives: - the biggest negative for me was the alarm on the back door. Every time you go out or in the patio door, there is a little button on the wall you have to press or a very loud, very obnoxious alarm goes off until you press it. And once the door is open, you have 15 seconds to close the door. There is also a loud ring alarm chime for the front door that was constantly going off. - the dishwasher leaked quite a lot of water when we tried to use it and the bottom shelf is broken and it was very loud when running- there was mold on the patio, it needs to be power-washed and I found an old cigarette butt on the patio the first day we were there- the pool had a ton of bugs, I think the water level was too low for the filter to work- there were ants coming in the patio door- there were not enough regular towels and no pool towels available to use- the kitchen table and breakfast bar seating are not child friendly- mostly clean but they missed the windowsills (see picture)- they need better curtains that actually fit the windows to block out the morning and afternoon light
