About this house rental
The property features four bedrooms and two baths. The downstairs bedroom adjacent to the dining room has a king size bed, wide screen TV and a shower bathroom. The large bedroom suite on the second floor has two queen beds. A stairway leads from the suite to the sunlit third floor where there are two additional twin beds. Another bedroom on the second floor features a twin and double bed. The house very comfortably sleeps eight. The second floor bathroom has a brand new tub and shower. There is a spacious living room with a wide screen TV and two couches that convert to more sleeping beds if you need them. There is large dining room and a kitchen with a newer model gas range and dishwasher. There is also a bright sun room for morning coffee and reading. Marvels Market is just steps away at the end of the street and features fresh home made donuts in the morning as well as sandwiches throughout the day. There are no fewer than four eating and drinking establishments within a quarter mile of the house. There is also a large side deck that features an outdoor shower and pet gate. There is plenty of room in the yard for outdoor grilling and dining. A crossing light at long beach boulevard leads you up to the restored white sand beaches of LBI. Beach badges are provided for your use. A block to the west is a bay beach and gazebo to enjoy the sunsets and watch the boats sail by. This home has it all for a perfect family vacation.

We had a wonderful off-season visit in mid-September. The house is a 4-minute drive from Uncle Will’s and Chicken or the Egg, and we enjoyed the short walks to the ocean and the bay every day. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, glassware, and dish ware.
The mosquitoes on the property were rather troublesome, so we didn’t use the outdoor space except the showers. The layout of the house is a little quirky, but it worked for our party. It *is* a beach house so, not surprisingly, we found sand in odd places (e.g. under couch cushions), but it felt clean enough for us.
Overall, we would gladly book this property again!

My family and I stayed here for a week. Bill was a great host, easy to reach and communicative! Location was great - short walk to bay and beach. Central location to restaurants/market/bars. Thanks!!
