About this apartment rental
Location Description:
The apartment is located in the heart of Burg and yet is quiet. In a few minutes you are in the vibrant center of Burg with many shopping and sightseeing opportunities. The South Beach can be reached by car, bicycle or bus in just a few minutes. The water-bound cycle path to the south beach, where you also pass the harbor of Burg (Burgstaaken), is also very enjoyable.
Rooms and equipment:
Our exclusive apartment is spacious (90 sqm on one level), bright and modern.
It has two separate bedrooms. These are each equipped with a double bed. The "large" bedroom also has a sofa bed and a private TV (42 inches). If required, a cot can be provided free of charge.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and freezer. From the kitchen a patio door leads directly to the east-facing terrace and invites you for breakfast.
From the living room leads the second patio door onto the large south-facing terrace. Comfortable upholstered furniture and another 42-inch TV make the room a cozy family get-together.
The bathroom is very high quality and has a large shower in addition to a bathtub.
Outside:
The house has its own driveway with parking. The spacious garden (about 700 square meters) and your own terraces with garden furniture invites you to linger and enjoy. BBQ facilities and children's play equipment provide a great way to end the day after a nice day on the beach.
Particularities:
It is a Non smoking house. Pets are not allowed. Since we live with our children (13, 10 and 7 years) on the neighboring property, children are very welcome. For playing soccer and similar activities, the "Mellenthinplatz" in the neighborhood invites a lot.
Other Information:
The minimum stay is seven days. Arrival and departure is always Sunday.
