About this house rental
"Ferienhaus Oevermann" - your exclusive holiday home on Lensterstrand. The house is located in a cul-de-sac with a short walk to the beach. The living area of the approximately 120 m² holiday home is spread over two floors of a large living room with separate dining area, a conservatory, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna and the separate kitchen.
In bad weather you can relax in the conservatory, in the cold by the fireplace, in the sauna (Finnish or organic) - a small outdoor area is located here - or on the cozy couch or chair in front of the TV. For the little ones as well as for the child in the man a generously placed tournament soccer footballer is available. The separate kitchen invites to nice cooking lessons, this is u. a with: a small dining table for two people, convection oven with ceramic hob, kitchen scale, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave, extractor fan and dishwasher. Coffee machine, kettle and toaster are of course also available. In addition, you will find in the kitchen a basic set of spices, oil and cloths, dishwashing liquid and the dishwasher. Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed and one with two expandable single beds (tandem beds). Both bedrooms have a wardrobe, which offers plenty of space for summer or winter clothing. Furthermore, there is a daylight bathroom with shower and bath and on the ground floor next to the sauna a full bath with toilet and additional urinal (window only to the sauna room).
In the living room invites a cozy and modern corner couch to linger. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, where you can dine at the spacious dining table. In fine weather, you can relax in the small garden with beach chair or on the two Rollliegen. A furnished terrace is available, as well as a very small balcony - laundry can be dried here. The beautifully landscaped garden is fenced all around. Pets are welcome - (a dog pillow and two bowls are provided). Grömitz is very dog-friendly, there is a designated dog beach on the "North Beach" at the height of the clinics. In the winter season, the four-legged friends can also use the entire beach and enjoy common lagoons on the sea.
