The apartment "No. 31" in the apartment house "Atlantic" is located in the 3rd Floor and can accommodate max. 4 persons (max 2 adults). The apartment is designed with a design flooring in wood look and radiates a cozy atmosphere. The living area of the approx. 45 m² apartment is distributed in a living / dining room with an open kitchenette, a hallway, a separate bedroom and the bathroom.
The living area is equipped with a comfortable couch (sleep function, long term sleepers quality), a TV is available - from here you have access to the furnished and sheltered balcony. Here you can enjoy the sun from noon until late in the evening to the fullest. In the living / dining room is also the kitchenette with dining area. The small kitchen is u. a. equipped with oven, 4-plate stove, coffee maker and other kitchen appliances, also some oil, pepper / salt and other kitchen products are already ready for you. The separate bedroom has a box spring bed and a large wardrobe. Another closet is in the hallway. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The "House Atlantic" is located directly above the pedestrian zone and directly on Grömitzer spa park. Small shops are located in a short distance a hairdresser (section 10) and a drugstore (Rossmann) are located directly below in the house. Only a short walk through the spa park (about 800m) separate you from the spa promenade and the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort of the sunny side.
