The apartment "Strandkrümel" in the apartment complex "House Baltic"
offers you a nice holiday home for max. 5 people.
The living area of the approx. 136 m² property is distributed in a large living / dining room with open kitchen, a bedroom with access to the large daylight shower room as well as a second bedroom and a second bathroom.
The living room is furnished with a large comfortable corner couch, a chair and a large flat screen TV, DVD player and a small music system with CD. A large dining table is here for you. From here you reach the open kitchen, this is u. a. equipped with dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, oven and coffee maker, kettle and coffee machine, a small additional dining table is also here. A storage room with washer and dryer is located next to the kitchen. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed of 1.80 x 2 m and a large wardrobe - from here you can access the daylight bathroom. This is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and a large vanity, accessibility is given here. The second smaller bedroom has a bed of 1.20 x 2 m and a sofa bed of 1.40 x 2 m and is also equipped with a wardrobe and a second TV and a dresser. The bathroom has shower / WC. We ask our guests not to smoke in the house. A large, sheltered and beautifully landscaped terrace is located directly in the entrance area and has loungers, a table with chairs, an outdoor fireplace with barbecue and a storage room - (sole use).
Note for physically restricted guests: To get to the house "Baltic",
you have to overcome a few steps up to the entrance area.

Mein Gesamteindruck der Wohnung war etwas enttäuschend. Die Wohnung war zwar schön groß, aber doch schon sehr zusammengewürfelt . Man sah, dass die Wohnung schon einige Jährchen nur ausgebessert wurde. Positiv war die Ausstattung mit Spielen, Wäschepaket( etwas zu teuer mit 25€ pP) und Waschmaschine und Trockner. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Die Auswahl an Töpfen und Pfannen und Trinkgläsern könnte größer sein. Zum Einchecken gab es eine Flasche Bio Wein und einige Süßigkeiten, danke dafür!
Die eingezäunte Terrasse mit Grill und Sitz/Liegemöglichkeiten waren prima!
Die Matratzen leider sehr schlecht. Ein großes Rollo defekt im Wohnzimmer und somit die ganze Zeit runter gelassen.
Die Nähe zum Strand war und ist natürlich ein absoluter Pluspunkt!

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht.
Das Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung und ist schön gelegen. Es bietet ausreichend Platz für eine große Familie oder auch mehreren Erwachsenen.
Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut und die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet auch sonst alles um zusammen zu kochen und einen gemütlichen Abend zuhause zu verbringen.
