About this house rental
"In the middle of Zingst" between the Baltic Sea and Bodden lies the lovingly and high-quality furnished summer Hüsken.
Close to the center and yet quiet and protected in the second row.
Within a 3-minute walk you can reach the beach road with many restaurants and shops.
Also beach and harbor are only a few minutes away.
Our high-quality semi-detached house offers approximately 100 square meters over three floors enough space for up to 6 people.
Two private parking spaces are available right outside the door.
In the associated lockable shed you can safely store your bicycles or other sports and play equipment.
The sunny, spacious and sheltered south-facing terrace invites you to relax outdoors all day long.
If the evenings are a little cooler, heat the stove in the large living room.
Here is also a 46 "LED TV and an audio system of the brand Teufel with Blue-Ray Player.
A small selection of books, films and games are also available here.
The fully equipped open kitchen invites you to socializing.
In addition to a smaller bathroom with toilet and walk-in glass shower is also the utility room with
Washing machine and vacuum cleaner on the ground floor.
Two of the three bedrooms are on the first floor and each has a double bed.
Both have a small reading area with a comfortable armchair.
They are separated by the bathroom with spacious bath and walk-in glass shower.
On the second floor you will find the third bedroom with two single beds and an additional LED TV.
All bedrooms have darkening pleats, roller blinds or curtains and are fitted with insect repellent for a restful sleep.

The ground floor and first floor is equipped with tiles and underfloor heating, the attic has a parquet floor and can be heated by a radiator.
Internet access via W-LAN is available free of charge.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, es fehlte nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, kurzer Fußweg ins Zentrum. Lediglich die Heizung hätte vor unserer Anreise angestellt werden können, da es mit der Fußbodenheizung einige Stunden dauerte, bis eine angenehme Temperatur erreicht wurde.
