The modern and high quality furnished 2-room apartment is suitable with approx. 60 m ² for 2-3 persons. It is located in the 2nd. First floor of the Yachthafenresidenz directly at the 5 star Marina.
The bright and friendly living area is generously and stylishly furnished and equipped with 4 large, electrically operated roof windows. ,
From the balcony (southeast side) you can enjoy not only the fantastic view of the 5-star marina, but also on the nature reserve Graswarder and the Fehmarnsund Bridge in the distance.
In the living area is a comfortable and high-quality leather suite (armchair and sofa bed for 2 persons), a flat screen TV, a Blue-Ray-DVD player and a stereo with CD player. On cooler evenings, the designer fireplace provides cozy comfort.
The open and valuable kitchen fits seamlessly into the interior and is fully equipped. There is a 4-zone ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, dishes and other utensils. At the dining table can accommodate up to 6 guests enough space.
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another flat screen TV. From the balcony of the bedroom (northwest side) you can look out over the thatched houses of the beach resort and experience wonderful sunsets over the Baltic Sea.
The shower room with its large, electrically operated roof window is equipped with selected ceramics, tiles and fittings.
In the utility room of the apartment is a washing machine for free use.
The entire apartment has a durable, high-quality floor covering. The bathroom has underfloor heating.
