The apartment "No. 8" in the Krusekoppel 1 is located in the 2nd Floor (2 stairs to overcome) and can accommodate max. 4 people. The living area of the approximately 35 m² holiday accommodation is divided into a living / dining room, a separate bedroom and a bathroom and a balcony. The living area has a cozy sitting area (sleep function: double sofa bed), TV, stereo and an open kitchenette with a dining area. From the living room you have access to the furnished and covered balcony. The kitchen is u. a. It is equipped with an oven, a 4-burner stove, a coffee machine and other kitchen appliances. The separate bedroom has a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. Since the room is very narrow, the entry into the bed on the foot end. The bathroom has shower / WC.

The beach is about 15 minutes walk, the center can be reached in just a few minutes.
During the 2019 season, a new building will be built on the opposite site. Therefore, may have to be expected with construction noise.

Für einen kurz Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Schlafmöglichkeit für 4 Personen. Schön grosser Balkon nach hinten raus. Vermieterin sehr nett. Unkompliziertes Check in/Check out.

angenehmer Aufenthalt, unkomplizierte Vermietung, leider dürfen am Strand von Grömitz Hunde erst ab dem 1.11.2021, obwohl bei dem kühlen Wetter keiner am Strand war, in Timmendorf und Scharbeutz gilt dies schon ab dem 1.10.21

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, klein, aber gemütlich. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Man kann fußläufig den Strand erreichen, das Zentrum und die Supermärkte.
Sehr, sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin.
Wir werden bestimmt noch mal wieder kommen
