For the first time, since 13. 04. 2017 we rent our holiday home in Zingst.
Your cozy holiday home Werder, a modern semi-detached house, is located very close to the center of Zingst, on a very quiet site, with no through traffic. Directly at the house you have two own (signposted) parking spaces available. Your property is not visible and offers you wonderful time in the garden, or under the awning. Here you can relax completely undisturbed by the loud and hectic everyday life. Everything is accessible on foot or by bike.

Your cozy holiday home Werder, a modern semi-detached house, is located very close to the center of Zingst, on a very quiet site, with no through traffic. Here you can relax completely undisturbed by the loud and hectic everyday life. Everything is accessible on foot or by bike.
Feel-good atmosphere!
You will love our cottage, it is quite "warm", with lots of wood and Mediterranean colors, furnished, upstairs there are sloping ceilings under which it is wonderful to sleep. We have chosen many details with love, because we are also holiday guests in our house. For the garden you have wooden furniture, two garden chairs and a wooden bench.
Modern equipment!
For your holidays you will find everything that will make your day more special: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric stove, new flat screen, wireless router, radio, garden shed z. B. for your rental bikes, garden furniture, garden chairs, garden bench, electric awning, hair dryer, kettle, guest bathroom and more.
And we also offer freshly made beds and towels incl.

Was für ein wundervoller Ort , welcher es einem leicht macht in Urlaubslaune zu verfallen.

Das FeHa macht auf den Fotos einen netten Eindruck und wir hatten ein gutes Gefühl beim Buchen. Nach langer Anreise mussten wir das FeHa erst umständlich suchen. Ein Hinweisschild an der Straße mit der Hausnr. wäre hilfreich gewesen. Endlich gefunden stolperten wir über sehr große Vogelkothaufen auf der Treppe. Die Schwalbennester hatte man entfernt, aber die Hinterlassenschaften nicht. Schade. Macht keinen guten Eindruck. Als nächstes haben wir erst einmal Reinigungsmittel für den Duschvorhang (er ist eine Zumutung) und Seife, um die Seifenspender aufzufüllen, gekauft. Das ist uns in so einem teuren FeHa auch noch nicht passiert.- Das Bad war voller langer schwarzer Haare bis zur Lampe hoch und das ist nicht übertrieben! Auch auf den frisch bezogenen Betten waren Haare verteilt. Auch die Beschreibung, dass das FeHa nicht einsehbar ist, stimmt nur zum Teil, aber es ist trotzdem gut versteckt. Das Geschirr und Küchenutensilien nicht gereinigt wurden, dafür kann der Vermieter überhaupt nichts. Die Kritik richtet sich an die Mieter. Ausgestattet war das FeHa aber gut, nur der Fernseher hat gemacht was er will: schaltet sich mitten im Film ab oder wechselt selbstständig die Programme. So etwas haben wir auch noch nicht erlebt! Alles in allem ein spannender Aufenthalt mit vielen Überraschungen:-)
