Nice cabin, comfy beds. The hot tub was not maintained and had no chlorine in it and none available to add we had to buy some at the local store as I wasn't comfortable getting in it without the platform the hot tub sits on is ready to collapse at anytime and getting the cover off and on was very difficult as it is very heavy and ripping. The owner did a drop in on a Saturday evening without any notice and later sent me a email complaining we moved things around. I told him when I stay in a place for a month I arrange things the way it works for us and when we leave we put everything back the way we found it. We would have rebooked for next year but his email complaint and the drop in with no notice changed our mind. Though the drop in wasn't a problem at that time but it could have been and I thought there has to be some sort of notice prior to owner knocking on the door.

Thank you Bob and Mo for a wonderful stay. The cabin is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe making it an easy trip to attractions and services either towards Stateline or the "Y". We were pleasantly surprised how well equipped the the cabin is, all the way from a waffle maker to sharp knives (especially a little red handled one my left thumb became intimately familiar with). The washer and dryer are new. Everything is in great working order. The back yard is beautifully landscaped and includes a spa.

The cozy cabin was so perfect for an intimate celebration! Loved the decor and amenities were divine, felt like a spa retreat. Hot tub and beautiful woods around the cabin were spectacular. Great central location- will definitely come back again and highly recommend the cozy cabin!!

My sister and I, along with our boyfriends and dog stayed at this cabin. It was the perfect way to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We were able to visit Regan Beach and the Meadow near the beach because of the prime location of the cabin. Everything was provided in this cabin from shampoo to extra blankets and even a washer and dryer. I truly appreciated how clean and organized everything was. The small details of the cabin is what made everything so much special. Thank you to the owners for providing a great experience!! We truly appreciated every moment at the cabin!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, the back yard and deck were great. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood away (but still close to) the hustle and bustle of the resorts. Several restaurants are in walking distance. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We’ll hopefully be back soon!

This cozy cabin had so much to offer and was very clean. Everything was well organized and easy to find. We enjoyed playing the board games that the house had and used the bikes to explore the area. The location is perfect and close to many restaurants, a Safeway, and a Whole Foods. Only thing we wished there were more of were fans. It would have been nice to help cool down the house at night. Overall would love to return and would recommend this cabin to family and friends.

Bob was very responsive when we had an issue with the bikes. There are a few updates I would make but overall enjoyed our stay. Good location to not be in a noisy neighborhood but close enough to have a few restaurants/bars and the beach (kind of smelled like cow manure) within walking distance.

We had a great stay at Bob's Cozy Cabin, the cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is fabulous, especially if you don't want to spend every minute of your vacation in your car. Beach and meadow were walking distance, we walked to get dinner as well. I found South Lake Tahoe very dog friendly, more so than the North Shore. The only disappointment was that not all bikes were in working order and we so much wanted to ride as a family on the lovely bike paths. However, I was able to take a short ride on one of the bikes. The only other set back was that we were not able to enjoy the back area at all because there was a blanket of yellow pollen on every surface! Ah nature! It was crazy, we were up there in mid-June, so perhaps this was a seasonal event, if so, I would recommend avoiding that time period if possible. All together, we had a fabulous stay. I would highly recommend the Cozy Cabin.

Very comfortable place to stay, has everything you need to cook a meal at the cabin or you can borrow a bike to go to a nearby restaurant. Our dogs were very comfortable, too. We spent a very relaxing week in Tahoe at this cozy little cabin. We loved being able to cook and have comfortable downtime. The hot tub was a definite bonus! Big backyard for fetch with the pup! It is walking distance to the lake and shops and restaurants are not far away. Great hiking nearby as well. We loved our stay here and will look for this property whenever we return to Tahoe!

My friends and I stayed here for a week of skiing and relaxing. The backyard is perfect for dogs and the proximity to Heavenly is hard to beat. This cozy cabin is the perfect for a small group to hang out, take walks, ski, or just hot tub & relax. The host is great with communication and offers many amenities. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!

We stayed for 5 days over Spring Break with my friend and her son. It was a great location and had everything we needed. Easy walk to shops also to the Lake. Great yard for our small dog. The hot tub was delightful! Great kitchen stocked with all we needed. We did not use the fireplace but it looked cute. Lots of games and movies. We’ll stay again!

This was our third time back to the cozy cabin and we had some hesitation as it was the first vacation we have taken since the pandemic. We are so happy we came back, everything was clean and we felt safe at the cabin. The fireplace and hot tub provided great warmth and fun and the location is fantastic as we took a couple walks a day down to the lake. Bob is a kind and quick to respond host. Thank you for allowing us to stay for another year!

My family stayed at Bob’s Cozy Tahoe Cabin for about a week. The location was great! We skied at Sierra for two days, tubed at Tube Tahoe, built snowmen at Reagan Memorial Beach (a 5 minute walk), and even did sledding at Tahoe Village. The cabin is indeed cozy, and had everything we needed. Only gripes were a broken wooden step leading up to the hot tub (which Bob generously remedied us for), and a mouse sighting. Other than that, really awesome stay! Thanks!

This was the perfect cabin to rent for a slightly longer stay for my wife and our tiny dog Jolene. Everything was thoughtfully maintained, and we had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Special thank you to Bob and Mo who helped us navigate a few challenges - lost wedding ring and a crazy amount of snowfall. Would absolutely recommend staying here again.
