The living space of the approximately 51 m² property is divided into a living / dining room, two separate bedrooms, a hallway and a bathroom.
The living room with a comfortable sofa and a very comfortable armchair provide relaxation, furthermore, the large flat-screen TV, stereo with CD player and Blu-Ray player and free Wi-Fi no boredom arise, of course, board games and some books for you ready.
The open kitchen with a bright dining area directly at the window is also located here.
From the living room you have access to the furnished south loggia.
The kitchenette is u. a. equipped with oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances.
The bathroom has a shower, a hair dryer, a make-up mirror and plenty of storage space.
The "Second Home" offers you two separate sleeping options.
In the completely darkened bedroom you will find a double bed (separate mattresses, open foot - dimensions: 1.60 x 2.00 m) and a very spacious wardrobe.
You will find another sleeping facility next door: this room is also equipped with a blackout blind, a wardrobe and a single bed (dimensions: 0.90 x 2.00 m).

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes, sauberes Objekt. Alles was man benötigt, befindet sich dort. Bis ins kleinste Detail. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch die komplette Abwicklung war von Anfang bis Ende gut organisiert!
